A unique guided sound healing experience designed for both humans and their dogs, held at Soma hŌṃe in Stoke Newington. Hosted by Reiki Master and sound healer Cass, the session uses soothing instruments and frequencies to help both you and your dog relax and de-stress. Dogs are welcomed on yoga mats, blankets, and pillows — feel free to bring your dog's own bed for extra comfort. Particularly beneficial for anxious or overstimulated dogs. Dogs must be comfortable around other dogs. Ages 18+ only. Arrive 5-10 mins early; late arrivals not permitted.
