You retain ownership of your original content. Furvisor does not claim ownership of user-submitted reviews and photos.

4. Business Listings

Business information on Furvisor is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of business listing information.
  • Business owners may claim and update their listings subject to our verification process.
  • Paid features (verified badges, promoted placement) do not influence review rankings or ratings.
  • Furvisor is not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed businesses.

5. Intellectual Property

The Furvisor name, logo, design, and all platform software are the property of Furvisor and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute Furvisor's proprietary content or software.
  • Use our trademarks without prior written permission.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without authorization.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or business owners.
  • Submit false or misleading reviews, including reviews for compensation.
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or reviews.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

Furvisor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Furvisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Furvisor in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third parties, including listed businesses.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Furvisor after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
