Yes. A place’s star rating is the average of published reviews from registered pet owners, and the “Top 10 best” rankings are calculated only from review quality and volume — no business can pay for a higher ranking. See our Community Guidelines for how we keep reviews honest.
We add new cities regularly — many already appear as “Coming soon.” Anywhere Furvisor is live, anyone can suggest a missing place through the “Add a Place” form, and business owners can claim their listing to manage its details and respond to reviews.
