New York's biggest and best-known Halloween dog costume parade returns to Tompkins Square Park in the East Village for its 36th year, presented by Kismet. Registration to march is open at nydogparade.org and spots go first-come, first-served; spectating is free. Start and check-in times are still to be announced by the organiser.
